They have been incredibly helpful and so responsive. They are always available to answer any questions and concerns I have. Any issues that have come up with insurance coverage or shipping was addressed promptly! I have had nothing but a great experience

My experience with TwentyEight has been absolutely outstanding. The staff is incredibly professional and responsive. They addressed all my questions promptly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend! A special thanks to Daniela specifically for helping me out!

Awesome experience
I have been blown away by the responsiveness and the professionalism of all Team Twentyeight employees I have spoken with. Everyone has been helpful, informative, and all around pleasant. I have been in contact with Valeria recently, and she was wonderful. I had many questions and she was always there with an answer and guidance. Been using them for a couple years now…
Been using them for a couple years now and the communication has been phenomenal. Lashonda is always prompt and goes above and beyond anytime I need questions answered or have concerns. Easy and on time and they work directly with my pharmacy for convenience.

Went above & beyond. Great Customer Service
The customer service agent Leila was very informative and helped make my experience a positive one. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my prescription filled at my local pharmacy. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond.

Ken’s a rockstar!
Customer service has always been helpful. I had emailed in about an order and Ken was so quick to respond and was able to help me get it sent to a local pharmacy to make sure I got everything in time. Have been using twentyeight health for years and they are always willing to work with you!

I’ve trusted and went through…
I’ve trusted and went through TwentyEightHealth the past 3 years and I couldn’t be happier! They’re pricing so affordable and a better option than going through pharmacies in my town! Leila had assisted with me with such an easy question and inquiry and reminds me of how much I love going through this company
