Great experience
Always a very easy experience with team twenty eight. I've been using them for about 3 years now and I have never had an issue. My questions are always answered timely and efficiently and my deliveries are always on time. Also, Jay has been an incredible team member. Always answering back in a timely manner with as much information as possible.

Great communication
Great communication! I responded to a year old email thread and got a response within a couple hours. My local primary care doctor was not responding to me about birth control, so TwentyEight Health really took a lot of stress off my shoulders by helping me get it within the week!

Quick fix when I emailed Twentyeight Health…
Problem with my payment method got my normal three packs changed to one pack charge and I messaged Nicole from Twentyeight Health saying I changed my payment method and can I go back to my normal three packs of birth control? Nicole immediately solved my problem by getting me three packs. I loved how Nicole sounded like positive vibes and urgent vibes. She used “ASAP” for example and gave me the time frame of 3-5 days to receive my birth control. I’ll be using Twentyeight Health forever<3

They are quick to answer and I've had…
They are quick to answer and I've had several insurance changes in the past and they are always very understanding and cooperative with whatever I need. I'd recommend them to anyone i meet !
