So far so good

Great customer service!
My insurance changed at the beginning of this year and I was no longer able to get my prescription mailed to me. Arthessa was so helpful and timely in giving me options and resources to make sure I was still able to get the medication I needed.

Great choice for care!
Nicole is super helpful and very sweet, everyone is very knowledgeable and replies quickly which really helped put my anxiety about starting new medications at bay. I'm glad I joined, I have no plans on leaving any time soon!

Amazing and kind company
This company had an amazing response time and they are very kind. I felt safe responding to their messages and it is very clear that they value customer service greatly. Their website is also very easy to use and they answer all your questions in a very clear and time efficient way. Very high recommend this company and I never leave reviews so trust me this company was this kind to me😊. Just for leaving a simple review on another platform I got a $15 Amazon gift card and Idek what I did besides get great service to deserve it but yeah love their team!

Jay did a great job! You are really helpful.
My name is Charlotte, I've been with Twentyeight Health since 2023 when I was moved over from SimpleHealth. I've had great experiences getting birth control and emergency contraception here, they take most insurance, and they have been really helpful so far. Whenever I need to update some of my information with them it's really easy, Jay helped me last time and was responsive almost immediately. They also ship medicine straight to my mailbox, so it's really easy to get my medicine. Thank you Twentyeight Health!

Hello, I've been using this company for half a year now, and can say it's the best way to get birth control! Customer service is always near you and ready to help, and delivery is so fast and efficient. Love it! And wanted to thank Jay, so friendly!

Love this birth control option
The staff is very responsive. Leila was very helpful in answering my questions. This is a really convenient and easy service to make sure I always have birth control on hand.
