Best reproductive care

I have been a member of Twentyeight Health since they took over SimpleHealth back in 2023. The deliveries were always timely and the customer service was always great. After being on birth control for over 5 years, I wanted to take a break and Twentyeight allowed me to easily pause my account. Recently, I decided that I wanted to get back on birth control so I messaged the team to restart my account. I had some trouble finding where I could upgrade to the Standard care plan to renew my prescription (there weren’t different care plans when I had previously subscribed), but Ram was fantastic and helped me upgrade my account and renew my prescription. I personally do not need all of the benefits that come with the standard care plan, so I again reached out and Bri was very helpful in switching my plan to the basic care plan. When I first started with Twentyeight, there was a one-time fee of $26 to renew your prescription. I appreciate that they changed it so that you just have to be on the standard care plan ($12.99/month) in order to renew your prescription, but once your prescription is written you can switch back to the basic care plan ($0)! In all my time as a member, I have never had any issues with the actual birth control, insurance, or deliveries. The thing that makes this company a 10/10 for me, however, is the terrific customer service. They always respond within 24 hours (usually faster during business hours), and are super kind and helpful. This is by far the easiest and most supportive reproductive care I’ve ever received.
