Great company and people. Smooth experience.

I've been using Twentyeight Health for the last five years. I have an ovarian cyst which needs to be treated with birth control pills. I switched from another online company because the communication was poor, and another company wasn't even sure if they accept my insurance. When I signed up for TwentyEight, my enrollment was smooth and hassle free. The info provided to me was clear and straightforward. Twentyeight's customer service provided by Elizabeth, Jonalie, and countless other staff are top notch. They are quick to respond and very helpful at resolving issues. Communication is either by messaging or emails. They have a wide offering of birth control pills. Whenever I need to change my brand, I usually get an approval from Dr. Korin within two days. Their website allows me to see the info my script and the timeline of the process. I also like it that they give me to option to have the script sent over to my local pharmacy so that I can receive my medication faster. I'm so grateful for this service. It's SO MUCH better than the conventional way of getting birth control pills. I would love it if they expand to include more health services.
