Great service
I absolutely love them, they have made getting birth control so much less stressful and convenient as it can be delivered right to me! I love their customer service, they are always there for me when i have any questions or concerns and help me! Last time I had a problem Queen helped me through it and was so nice. It’s so cool how you can also order tampons, pads, and other necessities you may need.

4 year experience with team twenty eight
I was not aware of the changes with team twenty eight regarding payments. May Ann explained it to me with a direct and polite manner. May Ann made it very easy to understand and that allowed me to continue with the amazing care for women's reproductive health with team twenty 8. I have been here for about 4 years and team twenty eight continues to evolve in every aspect! I am grateful for them!

Excellent service…
Twentyeight Health has been a really convenient option for me! They are reliable and responsive for all of my needs! I have used their services for quite some time and have never been dissatisfied! If you’re interested in a telehealth option for your feminine needs, give them a try!

Twentyeight Health has been extremely helpful with obtaining my birth control prescription more so than my actual OBGYN. They are very responsive, reliable, efficient with getting you your exact script within a day. I cannot think I’m enough for helping me for the last two years. Mel and Dr stevenson are great!!!! Tricky to Set Up - Great Customer Service
I’ve had a pretty good experience with 28Health so far. I will admit, there were some bumps in the road at first coordinating the right wording for my prescription between the provider and my insurance. Yet despite this issue, the customer service team always were super diligent to get the problem solved as efficiently as possible. Jay helped make sure that I would get my refills on time which I am so grateful for. So even though there were some difficulties coordinating my prescription, I can count on the 28 Health team to help me.
