Beyond Awful— Almost Criminally Bad
This company is actually approaching criminal in their actions. It should be against the law to withhold medication from a prescription that is valid. I was a SimpleHealth patient like many others on here, and I have not received any birth control since APRIL. Thankfully, I don’t have any preexisting conditions that make it medically necessary for me to be on birth control, but this would be a lawsuit if I did. After filling out the “urgent request form” and telling them that I needed a new pack by May 10th at the latest, that date came and went with no communication from them. I then told them that I needed to know if I would have it by May 28 or I needed to switch. They were unable to tell me if that was viable and basically told me to hang on and wait it out (of course, it never arrived and my prescription is still “pending”). I went to Wisp and literally got my new prescription filled and picked up less than 24 hours after signing up for the website. Run far, far away from this criminal organization unless you’re looking for lawsuit material.
