Run away, use Nurx instead
Edit: the company has tried to flag this review to get it taken down for “content integrity”. Honestly amazing and further enforces my review. Just go look at this company’s reviews and you will see that many have the same exact experience as me coming from Simple Health. Literally have been in contact with like 5 different people within the span of over a week trying to get my damaged birth control replaced. I am constantly IGNORED and told something different every time. I will NOT be using twentyeight health anymore and please RUN from them because they do not care about customers.

AWFUL experience
They never answer the phone. They skipped 3 months of my birth control and refused to charged my insurance or send me anything. I went through a terrible withdrawal and there was nothing they would do and they NEVER answer emails, texts or the phone. They will always send you generic of your birth control brand or an entirely different brand at all and they will not respond to ANY emails or messages about it. They will charge your insurance and make it impossible for you to transfer anywhere else. Their service is fraudulent and I advise everyone to stay away.

Pharmacies are legally able (and in some states, required) to fill generic equivalents, which is probably why you received generics in your shipments. Terrible
Terrible. Argued for close to a month to get the birth control prescription I’ve been on for 12 years and the answer was “call your pharmacy and tell them you want it”. Simplehealth was great this place is useless.

I was transferred to them from simple…
I was transferred to them from simple health and have not received my birth control refill. Was told it should be delivered within 3-5 days like two weeks ago. Reached out to them with no response so now I’m without pills that I’ve been on for 3 years. I’m not sure how I even cancel their service.

Twentyeight Health? Twentyeight FRAUD
I was a simple health patient that was transferred to twentyeight health and the entire experience has been terrible. I was told that I needed to renew my prescription and that I needed to answer some questions. Fine. I send my response, no answer for a week, I reach out and they assign me a new doctor. This new doctor says I don't have any insurance in my information. I tell her it's been in there since the transition. No reply for 5 days. She then responds that she DOES in fact see it and asks if I need a specific brand. 5 MINUTES later sends off my prescription. I then reply that I do in fact need a specific type and to NOT send out the generic. She says she will make sure its the right kind. 2 weeks later, I get the delivery and ITS THE WRONG KIND. They had already billed my insurance. I sent message after message begging for them to fix this only to be met with "we'll see if your insurance will cover another shipment" What? Shouldn't this be at no charge as it was YOUR error? I ended up paying almost $200 out of pocket to get the RIGHT medication through amazon pharmacy. Forget this company they are not worth the headache.

Terrible Service!
When I originally signed up with them a year ago it was fast and officiant. Now that it’s time to renew it’s been nothing but headaches. They said I needed a new code, I provided it via message as couldn’t locate any where to add on site. After over a week, I finally got a reply to my message and was assured the code had been added, and my prescription was all set. I continue to receive text messages telling me to update my payment method. I replied to each message, letting them know I have been assured, my code had been added, and provided the code again. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and texting for weeks now to no avail. Now it doesn’t even show my prescription information and I have no scheduled upcoming deliveries. I am so frustrated.

Unreliable, slow customer service response
Unreliable. States will get reply within a week. I find that unacceptable to get the issues resolved and when it comes especially access to birth control. If there was problem with any billing or related to insurance you won’t find out until you realize there isn’t a shipment coming which is too late.

The WORST EVER!!!!!
The WORST EVER!!!!!! I was transferred to them after having simple health for over a year with no problems. I’m absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service/support and disgusted with simple health for the lack of sufficient notice before moving my account. You can’t get a response via telephone, email, or text!! I was being charged for a prescription I’ve NEVER had to pay for and no one seems to know why!!! I’ll be moving elsewhere and offline!
