Worst company…
Worst company…. I don’t get why simple health switched over to them. Everything was so well with simple health, I was getting my prescription on time I didn’t pay for anything cuz my insurance covered it. Until they switched out of no where without notifying us and I realized that I haven’t received an update on my prescription so I checked the website and boom Twenty eight takes over and that’s when everything went into a disaster. I’ve emailed like multiple times, I called they don’t even answer and I’ve messaged them through the website not one reply back. Only to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it. I’ve been needing my prescription for about 2 months and they were no help at all. I never had this issues so I don’t recommend this company. Thank you for warning us simple health. 👎🏻

Hi Jessie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am so sorry that your transition from SimpleHealth has not been the smoothest. Unfortunately, there are some specific insurance plans that our pharmacy partner is not contracted with. However, we are working diligently on expanding our insurance contracts as much as possible. We currently accept most commercial plans in our active states, as well as Medicaid plans in CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA & WA. We offer other solutions to those whose insurance is not contracted with us. You can purchase your birth control at an out-of-pocket price, prescription transfers to your local pharmacy, or a connection with our nonprofit partnership, Bedsider. I have reached out to you for more information via Trustpilot and would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Sincerely, Danielle
