Getting my prescription refilled was a joke
My prescription was transferred to Twentyeight Health from The Pill Club. I received one refill delivery without issue. My next refill kept getting pushed further and further out. I contacted them to address this as I was needing my refill immediately. They initially said they would expediate my shipment, then came back and said my insurance would not allow their pharmacy partner to be used. My insurance had not changed and I had received one shipment already. They could not explain the problem and clearly were not willing to help fix it. They gave me the option to pay out of pocket, sign up for state program for states that I don't live in, or transfer to a local pharmacy. Their transfer instructions are super generic and leave you guessing as to which pharmacy you should be requesting the transfer from. You cannot find any provider info on the online dashboard. Twentyeight Health is an absolute joke! They do not care about helping you get the care you need or holding up their side of the service. Their communications about the transfer from The Pill Club have been poor at best. Had I trusted in their system, I would have been out of my pills and I doubt anything would have triggered them to take action on it.
