Beware of Twentyeight, a complete SCAM! I'm desperately trying to cancel my membership and my credit card. After SimpleHealth was acquired by Twentyeight, I was supposed to receive my pills on December 15th, but it's been over a month and still nothing! They claim I owe them $8, but I was never notified. This is unacceptable, especially since birth control is time-sensitive. The Twentyeight dashboard doesn't even show a record of my payment. Then I'm told my pills are being dispensed and will take 3-5 business days. That was WEEKS AGO! I've messaged the customer service team, but they're just as lost as I am. They tell me everything is fine, but then I get an automated message saying there's a problem. Turns out, it was sent by mistake. The incompetency! I don't trust the scammers running this company. STAY AWAY FROM TWENTYEIGHT!

UPDATE: The prescription ordered my insurance wanted a prior authorization for. TwentyEight Health said they don’t do prior authorization and told me to go to a local dr. Why even offer a prescription if you can’t ACTUALLY prescribe it? They did tell me I could pay the $300 out of pocket. Obviously I didn’t get the medicine. Don’t recommend. What’s the point in giving a medical history if the doctor doesn’t read it? I stated clearly that I don’t smoke. The doctor messages me a few days later saying I’m at risk for blood clots since I smoke so I should consider stopping smoking if I want the birth control I am requesting. Of course when I message back that I don’t smoke there’s no apology for obviously not reading my medical history. My script still hasn’t been sent out so……I guess it’s a coin toss by the way the reviews read on if I will get it.

Twentyeight Health is the most disorganized unreliable company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They’re a complete joke. Get your birth control anywhere else.

I’m very concerned because there are so many mixed reviews for this company. I used to be with simple health and let me tell you, it was one of the best companies ever… now twenty eight health is taking forever to ship my birth control. I didn’t get a delivery date until I emailed them again. First it said it would deliver to me on the 8th, then they said the 10th, then all of a sudden it said the 11th… are you guys messing with me? I also do not have a tracking number when I asked them 3 TIMES. Very disappointing. I’m waiting on my birth control. I will be waiting until the 11th then I’ll write another review. I DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Ladies please let me know other birth control websites…

Should be zero stars. I was transferred from Simple Health to Twentyeight and god how i miss simple health. Everything was so easy and 'simple' at Simple Health. they would charge me $45 for 3 packs of Mylan Norethindrone while Twentyeight charges for $25 for one packs. meaning i'd have to spend $75 for 3 packs. I also asked for my prescription (that I had paid for) in printable form THREE TIMES so i can submit it to a different online clinic but they kept ignoring me. the customer help chat responds so slow, and if you send a complain through email, they'd just send you another pack and charge you $25 more as if that fixes everything. Horrible experience, do not recommend.

Pick another women’s health service because the ineptitude of this company is unbelievable. I requested a prescription on 11/27/23. I reached out two weeks later when I didn’t get an update. Their customer service is horrendous. I again brought up my concern on 12/26/23 and my issue wasn’t addressed, so I requested my account to be cancelled. I wouldn’t trust this company with your private info like insurance and credit card number. Pick a different company!

There is a reason they only allow contact by text and email. I initiated a prescription on 12/19 with no updates. I reached out on 12/22 only to find out there was an issue with my insurance (which I now know is not true and my prescription was filled on 12/20 with that insurance). I promptly updated and was told by their customer service representative that it would get filled before next Thursday. I checked Monday only to see it would not be delivered before Thursday and I still had no tracking information. Now I'm unable to get another prescription because it is showing as being filled already. This company is horrendous and I should've listened to the reviews. Despicable!

Twentyeight health is not be the best option. They gave me an RX at the start of November. I still don’t have the prescription. It was supposed to be delivered by December 8th. Now, they won’t even transfer it to my pharmacy. It’s taken over a week to get them to reply to my message, asking again for info on the pharmacy. This was after a month long debate about my insurance not covering the doctors visit that they boast as being free. They didn’t charge my insurance for the “visit” by the way. She read over what I had typed and gave me the prescription. I was with the pill club, loved them. But they shut down and transferred everyone. This is such a chaotic mess. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
