Eish...
I've been using TwentyEight Health for the last year or so after moving from a different BC company and honestly it's not been a great experience. Talking to customer service is always a DAYS long process. Need an emergency refill? Good luck, you're not getting it in any emergent time. Sending your script to a pharmacy? Good luck, cause they're probably NOT sending it to a pharmacy. I am so disappointed with my service through TwentyEight health. They need to have a 24/7 text to chat service with nurses/doctors for any questions or concerns or, as stated above, an emergency refill. I was also prescribed emergency contraception without my consent. Thanks??? But really, those are controversial and really shouldn't be given to people without a request or without their consent. I did get it canceled, but it made me feel really weird. I would expect better service from a women's health service.

Hi Sea, Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. I'm sorry for all the delays that you encountered while using our services. We are committed to prompt and accurate responses from our customer support team, and should now expect a response within 1-2 business days. Additionally, we take accurate refill requests and billing very seriously. I have reached out for more information through Trustpilot. I would love the opportunity to further investigate your account and notify our engineering team of the issues you encountered. Sincerely, Danielle (she/her)
