TVON is a company I have bought over 15 rings from. I have never been disappointed but the opposite. The 1 ring I sent back was simply for the size and there were no issues with it at all. TVON took great care of me. Buy from them and enjoy.

Not a happy customer. Shopped with them for years and have referred family and friends. A bracelet I bought was a "designer" bracelet, which means they did not make it in house, however they have jewelers on site whom they say makes all of their jewelry. My bracelet broke, they refused to fix because it was "one of a kind designer bracelet" so unable to be fixed by them. It is not one of a kind. I've contacted customer service twice before with no resolution to other issues. Not much service for a customer.

I truly believe that TVON is the best place to purchase jewelry based on the quality and prices. I never feel that I have been taken advantage of. What is shown, is what you receive. And it is usually better than you expected.
