Not a happy customer. Shopped with them for years and have referred family and friends. A bracelet I bought was a "designer" bracelet, which means they did not make it in house, however they have jewelers on site whom they say makes all of their jewelry. My bracelet broke, they refused to fix because it was "one of a kind designer bracelet" so unable to be fixed by them. It is not one of a kind. I've contacted customer service twice before with no resolution to other issues. Not much service for a customer.

I purchased a pair of earrings and was dissatisfied with the closure mechanism. I called to obtain return information and followed the representative instructions. The tracking information from the USPS stated the package was delivered on 11/17/25 at 11:36 AM. I called on 11/24/25 due to not having verification that the package was received. I spoke to a representative named Claire and was informed the package was never received. I gave her the tracking information and was informed "the postal service does not always deliver and they just say they do. I had not proof it was delivered". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed she was a supervisor. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was informed she "was the only person I could speak to". I spent the entire afternoon talking to agents at different post offices. I was later informed the package was delivered. It was not processed properly. I will never purchase from this company again.

Order was placed November 10th. Stated standard delivery was 2-6 days. It's now November 19th and the ring still hasn't shipped.

I ordered 2 pieces. They said 2 day delivery. After 3 days I called and they said there was a problem with the package, and it was being shipped back to them. No one notified me, I had to call them. I was frustrated, so I asked to cancel the order. They are charging me almost $100 to cancel, even though it was their mistake. I called again to argue it, and she said, “Too bad.”. First and last dealing with TVON.
