I ordered a rainbow moonstone ring from the internet. I saw it on TV and on the internet. Both places showed a very colorful stone. The stone I got is pretty but not near as colorful as shown. Therefore I am disappointed. Also, my credit card was charged when I placed the order. However I didn't get the ring for about two and a half weeks. It's unethical to charge before an item is shipped. I'll keep it, it's OK but not great. They're return policy isn't great either. Cash refund for 14 days or store credit from 15 to 30 days. The quality of the jewelry is very good and prices have been competitive. It's a good buy cuz sizing and shipping are included in the price. Also there's no tax charged. Don't take the hostesses gem facts as truthful. Example:naturally found gold is not pure 24 kt.

The rubellite earrings I just received look so much better in rose gold, but the earrings a bit flimsy, small, not much thickness of gold, and diamonds are very small. Since we changed the gold to rose, the customer service said it is final sale, but Lauren always says that change the gold color is not custom made and very normal for company. The tansanite earrings are fine, big stones, look very good in rose gold. Please make earrings with bigger stones, and more diamonds.

Some how the items on TV appear bigger than they actually are. I liked the earrings and ring I bought, but items are smaller than expected.

The camera display on TV. The Round cuts are actually ovals laying on their sides. The squares are actually long cut stones. You get the picture. We don't. Quality and price can not be compared anywhere. TVON has the best quality VS diamonds. I have purchased over $100,000.00 of jewelry from TVON, and I am not a retailer. I am just retired and careful when understanding the product.

Up until recently, I would have given them a 5 star rating because the gemstones were always top quality and set in 14k, 18k or platinum often with VSS diamond accents. They built their reputation on never using lab created gems or diamonds. About a month ago, they announced they would be offering lab created diamonds, That was the kiss of death for me. I'm out. Too bad as I have purchased $100,000 from them to date. But unless they start to offer GI lab reports on their natural GEMS and diamonds, I won't purchase there again.

i have bought many items ---some expensive and others average price---always very satisfied---recently i bought earrings and was underwhelmed so i returned them several days before the cutoff for refund---called several times and was always not in the time for customer service to take my calls---have received no refund and no credit on my account---i wanted to use the credit to buy something else but since there has not been a credit issued i was not able to buy anything---now i am completely disappointed and now want a REFUND !!!!!!!!

The rings I ordered were BEAUTIFUL! However, my order took over 30 days. I thought I was ordering a stocked item so was disappointed to wait so long. Also, the rings were supposed to be YELLOW dia-monds; they were beautiful but very little yellow color. My first 2 enotes were answered promptly but subsequent notes went unanswered.
