Columbian emerald ston received the cut and size looked smaller and shallower than in pictures. The gold hoop with dangle diamonds the hoops fasten closure are flimsy, not secure to hold the .50 ct dangle on each ear.

The ring itself was beautiful but, the fact that it delivered by FedEx and needed a signature made it challenging to be home at that time of delivery when you have a full-time job.

My experience with TVON has been great. I love that all diamond quality is listed as VS. The variety of available items is impressive with great pricing. There are a lot of diamond products that do not have color listings for the stones. This seems to be more on the warmer diamond colors. Additionally, the yellow listed diamonds are generally a pale yellow that is not as appealing. Even so, I will still purchase my jewelry from TVON from now on. Please consider making greater effort to add diamond color to the diamonds, primarily on larger diamond products and a description of the yellow,such as pale yellow, or vivid, or fancy. On a few of the rings I purchased the sizing I assume has caused the band of the rings to be so thin.

I have bought many items from TVON and returned two. Every other item with exception to my Emerald and Paraiba ring was beautiful and well made. I love the information that Loren gives. I have learned a lot from her and even bought a jeweler's magnifier and books. This is when I noticed the Emerald was not perfectly cut, the edge of the gem is not strait. The Paraiba has a crack in it. I researched and found that some Paraiba stones are glued. Since I loved them so much and I had not obtained a closer look, my time for returning expired. So, I learned a lesson.

Earrings are great all day, everyday wearable 3/4” gold with .37 diamonds. Though they look solid on the website; they’re not, but are lighter weight and comfortable. Unfortunately they took over 3 weeks to arrive so didn’t have them for the holidays.

I love the jewelry but I feel the amount of time spent on each item is too much. I often change the channel and switch back and forth. Some times I don’t return due to this issue. I have purchased thousands of dollars of jewelry from you. It might be more if there was more items shown and less time on each one.
