Good Quality! Customer Service on top of communication
I received the lapel blue tuxedo in time for the event. The quality is good. The color was wrong. But not the fault of the Tuxedoaction. I had major surgery and time got away from me, I tried to return tuxedo but the system wouldn’t allow the return, but customer service states they will work on helping with the return. Customer service has been on top of responding to my emails. Pleasant communication. The tuxedo is adorable and of good quality. My grandson is disappointed that he couldn’t wear this adorable tuxedo.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. The suits are nice quality. Be sure to check the sizing thoroughly, as the suit that I ordered was two whole sizes larger than me!

Amy is a ROCKSTAR!
We worked with Amy on a return due to not having the right size and she was wonderful about directing us to the right channels to fulfill our needs. We had run into a few hiccups with delivery which caused our refund window to close, and she made sure to leave us happy customers. Our wedding is saved thanks to the help from TuxedoAction and Amy!

Sequin dinner jacket for prom
Sequin dinner jacket ordered for prom was amazing. My son loves to stand out and the jacket helped him to accomplish just that. Sizing matched up perfectly to the claims on the website.

Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE
Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE! The Customer service was PHENOMENAL! They answered any questions I had about the sizing and recommended styles as well. The process was simple and easy. Once I placed my order the time frame for delivery was spot on. It came exactly when they said it would. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would definitely think of them and purchase from their site in the future!

Great suit, great price
