TuxedoactionReviews of tuxedoaction.com

This company is a joke. I ordered a suit for my son’s prom. Got it and it was no where near the size it described. Requested a refund same day and they rejected it because they said it was missing a yellow tamper tag that was never on this suit. I have ordered with them before and that suit never came with that yellow tag either. The only tags present are the normal tags with the tuxedo action logo. This is a scam so they won’t refund your money. Stay away from this company. Not worth the aggravation.

Horrible company…. Save yourself the aggravation. Shop somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 suits from them. 1 was delivered and was not like the picture and fit weird, the other was never sent. I returned the suit that was delivered and have not received my refund yet. It's been over a week now since it was successfully delivered to them. I have not even heard anything from them about it and their return center shows that it is still in route, though that is incorrect. As for the other suit, the one that was never sent, I still have not received a refund for it! I paid for expedited shipping too. This is garbage company with incredibly terrible customer support, if you can even call it that at this level. I would go somewhere else that is more credible as this place cannot be trusted to give you what you paid for. Stay away. Go to Signature Menswear instead, they are responsive and nice and actually send you what you buy.

Paid for order through Paypal on 1/22/2024, paid for expedited shipping of 5-7 days.... Date passed without product ever getting shipped.... E-mailed company on 1/29/2024 about not receiving order, no response.... Disputed through Paypal on 1/31/2024, company never responded, received refund due to no seller response on 2/18/2024... Company seems to be based in China.... Avoid at all costs

There customer service is horrible. I did priority shipping to get the blazer and got it later than I paid for. I got it the day before I was leaving for vacation. Which was 11 days after I ordered it when I paid extra for the shipping to be in 5 to 7 days. It was pulled out of the bag, tried on and put right back into the bag because it was way smaller than what it said it was on the website. I measured him before we ordered it to make sure. I just got back from vacation I don’t want this blazer that no one is going to wear because it’s too small. I will pay a reshelfing fee if necessary. This was $162 and it’s still nicely folded in the package it came in. If they sent me the blazer on time like I paid for I would have had time to try it on and return it. However, it’s impossible to make a return in 10 days of ordering when I didn’t even receive it for 11. This company is not worth your money.

I ordered a three piece suite with a bow tie. The pants and vest arrived, the rest did not. After numerous emails, they continue to say that the jacket and bow tie was in the original parcel. The parcel weights 800 grams, not 1.5kg. The parcel would not be able to fit a blazer, vest, pants and bow tie. Send a video of putting this order into the same parcel - it will not fit! Now because I didn’t select insurance, there is nothing that can be done. Why dont you just send out the blazer that was ordered and paid for!

I ordered a 3 piece suit for around $330. I ordered a size 40 jacket and size 32 pants. I received a size 54 jacket and 38 pants. I could not fit into this suit even if I gained over 100 pounds. I now have nothing to wear to an important event. It is not possible to tailor it down that many sizes. I have never felt so cheated and scammed as I do now. This is by far the worst website and suit store I have ever come across. Whatever you do, do not order from them. It is not worth it. They are terrible. I have to pay hundreds to have it altered.

Looking at the website, everything looks nice and legit… until you order and find out it’s coming from CHINA… I ordered a boys tuxedo for my son. Upon arrival it looks NOTHING like the picture. It was very poor quality and the sizing is way off. I requested to return and get a refund and they won’t respond. Now I’m out $275 and have a terrible tuxedo that looks like I purchased off wish.
