DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. This Company is playing games with my refund. I followed all of their stupid rules regarding refunds. I have emailed and called twice, only to be hung up on by someone named Gerline. I am frustrated! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY; they are scamming people with their fake return policy. I am not giving up on my refund!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A JOKE!!!! We ordered a suit for my son for prom and NOTHING fit. The sizes are NOTHING like the description. We ordered this suit and paid for RUSH shipping for him to have it by his prom on 5/18/24. The suit arrived the Monday after Mother’s Day and I reached out to them almost immediately regarding the return. Now the company is refusing to refund my money because they’re saying the suit didn’t have some yellow non tamper tag on it. THIS SUIT DIDN’T ARRIVE WITH ANY YELLOW TAGS ON IT!!! That’s the scam right there!! I contacted customer service and spoke with Gerra (the only customer service person there btw) who requested additional pictures for the manager to review. We sent the pictures and they said we would receive a response after 24hrs. They didn’t respond after 24hrs I had to call her multiple times only for her to say “ The manager responded to me yesterday and they won’t take it back because it did have a tag on it”. So I asked her for the picture and they sent me a bogus picture of suit different from what I ordered. And the yellow tag is through the button hole so you can’t even try on the jacket! 🙄 I then asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager didn’t have a phone. What?! Straight BS! In my opinion, this is like SHEIN and TEMU for suits with a higher price tag. The sizes are off! But hell at least the other companies are HONEST and will accept the return. 🙄 So again, I repeat BUYER BEWARE don’t order from this place unless you’re ready to possibly take the hit. A big one at that because we ended up having to go to Men’s Warehouse to find him something to wear to his prom 3 days before the prom. $222.53 WASTED and I’m pissed so I plan to blast them and their tactics all over the internet because they’re stealing from folks and the people need to know what they’re dealing with. 🤬🙄

Tuxedo Action mailed the wrong tuxedo. Although I followed their refund policy, they never refunded me. Modern day robbery!!!

I was previously manipulated into leaving a positive review in order to receive an exchange for the damaged suit I received and a refund for the ill fitting suit. They said they would consider it if I left a 5 star review and they linked me to their trust pilot. It cost me $50 to mail the suits back to them and the back and fourth to get to the point of exchange took a month. I have received the new suit and they received the 2 returned suits in February. It is now April and despite several attempts to contact them about getting a refund for the returned suit, they still have not obliged and sent the money to me. They respond saying sorry and that they will initiate the refund but we never receive anything. This organisation is a complete joke. Their sizing is some kind of imaginary system which makes no sense so it’s almost impossible to get the size right even by using their size guide. Don’t do it if you you’re not prepared for a nightmare experience.

This has been a very challenging process. We ordered a tuxedo but the jacket was smaller than it measured. I asked for them to provide me the information to exchange and they stated that I had to place a review take a picture and send it back before instructions could be provided. I'm still waiting on instructions. This is ridiculous. I am requesting a full refund at this point. I have never experienced an exchange this challenging. WOW!!!

We ordered a suit for my grandson’s prom and it was huge. We immediately emailed the company about returning it and waited 3 weeks for a response. We were given a return address for California and had to pay to ship the suit back to them with no offer to refund the cost of shipping. They emailed us and said that they received it and everything was in order and we should receive a refund in about 10 days. It has been almost 2 months and no refund has been received. This company is scamming people and when you request a refund, they send you automatic email responses saying they’re working on it, but nothing ever happens.
