There’s an option asking when you need the suit by and with 10 days extra time from 15 days expected shipping still didn’t arrive. So within 25 days didn’t arrive on time as expected and the return policy is a scam.

I paid about $300 for my son's prom suit in the wrong size was sent. Since it literally was two days outside of their policy window, I cannot get a refund and if I exchange it, I won't have the correct size time. I tried to contact someone in customer service and was told I won't get a refund due to the policy. Just horrible for people who don't have extra money to throw around. I recommend no one gets products or services

Do not buy a suit from here. They sent a small size and the cuff links were missing. They denied my return even though the tags was still in it and it was in great condition because my son did not wear it.

This company is a scam I ordered 3-4 weeks in advance and paid for expedited shipping to make sure I had nothing to worry about only to get a tracking number that had absolutely no updates 10 days after ordering and it’s been 5 days since I received it and their is still no update. You will be left scrambling for the last minute if you order from this company. I am currently disputing with my bank to get my money back since they are refusing. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company has nice suits and it’s a legitimate company but their customer service is very poor and I paid for expedited shipping and did not get my order in time but according to them, it came within the timeframe that they allotted, but it was the very last day of the time frame And I was anticipating the first day but that’s my fault. But I want to let people know that they do not pay for return shipping. I had to pay $20 for a return shipping on the suit that arrived too late they have really made this prom season stressful for me the first few days after placing the order I sent several emails trying to reach out to them so that I can know exactly when the truck will be here so I would know if I need to cancel the order they didn’t respond until after the order shipped , and once the item shipped you can’t cancel it. I spoke with several people and I got a couple different answers and even after returning the item I believe it said you will get your refund in 3 to 5 business days and now they’re telling me it’s going to be 10 to 15 business days because of some delay , these people are very tricking. They tell you one thing and then apologize saying that it’s a system error or what not that business. Definitely just go to Amazon or local tuxedo shop. If you need something on a specific time because they will not guarantee that it will arrive on time and the return process is terrible. I tell you terrible.

On August 10, 2025, I placed an order for a tuxedo for my son's prom with TuxedoAction, totaling $217. Although I received an order confirmation, there was no further communication regarding the status of my purchase. As the prom date approached, I reached out to the company via email on April 19, 2025, only to learn for the first time that the tuxedo hadn't been shipped and wouldn't arrive in time for the event on April 26, 2025. I was never informed about any delays or backorders, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. Promptly, I requested a refund to allow me to seek an alternative solution. However, to my frustration, as of April 23, 2025, there was no confirmation of my order cancellation or refund initiation. After contacting customer support, I discovered my order hadn't been canceled, nor had a refund been processed. With only three days left until prom, I was left scrambling to find another tuxedo, all while my payment remained with the company. This experience has been profoundly disappointing and unprofessional. Due to their lack of communication and inefficiency in handling orders, I would advise caution and recommend considering other options when shopping for important occasions.

The company I ordered from is called Warmgoose, but the jacket is made from tuxedoaction and it is a fraud and it’s a scam. Probably the same company! I bought a $900 leather jacket. It was a little too small for my husband did a quick return didn’t take any tags off literally hanging on a hanger and then put it back in a box to ship it….mind you when I received the package I was so upset because it came in a UPS bag that was ripped And it was clearly from China! The customer service that I spoke with through email was very kind until they received my jacket and said that they could not exchange it for a larger size because it was damaged in shipping! I sent it back in a better package than I received it. They gave me the runaround told me to file a claim. Well when you try to file a claim, it was past the 14 days by the time I got all this done and there was no way to do it on the website so I emailed the customer service for the claim due to shipping damage and when they responded, it came from the same email as the original company that I bought the jacket from! This is a total scam. And I will be reporting this company!!

This company is horrible!! Do not use them. I thought it was a Chinese company with a US warehouse. It is not!!! Also, they are quick with lip-service emails that have no substance to them. Just a smile and nod, email that they acknowledge it is a bad experience but does nothing to help the situation. They cannot even get back to me in 24 hours, about where my shipment is located, like they said they would. 7-15 day delivery, plus three days to get the suit "cleaned and prepared." If I had know that from the start I would not have ordered the product. Also, your delivery days do not start until "they" ship it. So if you order it on the 1st, but they do not ship until the 9th. As per their shipping rules if it gets to you by the 16th they are still good. Buyer be aware, 7-15 day delivery is actually 25-45 day delivery!!! Also, just because you have a tracking number means nothing. The product is coming from CHINA!!! This is the second reason I would not have ordered the product!!! I thought this was made in the USA. Finally, their tracking system needs a lot of work. My package said stuck in Dallas for over a week!!! As I reached out to them to attempt to get my tuxedo in time, no effort to get it to me. The event passed and the tux is still in Dallas or some outskirts of it. So this is getting worse. I ordered it on the 22 of Dec, but they did not ship it until the 29th of Dec. They are claiming they have 30 days from the 29th of Dec to have a "satisfactory" experience for the customer. Now, when I email them back for a refund, I have to wait until the 30th of Jan to get my refund. Finally, my shipping status still has not been updated since the 6th of Jan.
