Suit color online appeared silver although the color selection says white. Fortunately, it's a great match, good quality but the sizing is totally off. I measured my son multiple times based on the measuring steps on their website. I am sending back for an exchange and look forward to seeing my son in it for prom. They have been easy to work with. Thanks

The shopping experience so far has been pretty good. I accidentally purchased the wrong suit, noticed before they shipped the item, and they replied to my cancelation request within several hours. The process for exchanging items is a little bit confusing, but talking to a rep on the phone clarified the process. Overall, I would definitely buy from them again if needed. A bit out of my price range normally.

Nice quality of suits. I received my items in a timely manner. The suit was too small and they allowed me to return merchandise and I am going to purchase another suit to replace returned merchandise in time for upcoming event.

I brought this suit in black for my Son’s prom and it was a great choice. The suit looked handsome on him and he got a lot of compliments. The only suggested I would give is know your child size and maybe go down one size. The only reason I gave them four stars was because of a hiccup we had but they did turn it around and made our day. In the end it was Amazing experience tech support was so helpful and they came through for us, I will buy again from them and let my friends and family know about this site. They do deserve five stars bc they came through for my son. Thank you guys or ladies again.

I ordered a suit for my son and based upon several other reviews that I read, I ordered a size down from what my son's measurements were, however, when the suit came it was much too small. I contacted their customer service and I was able to receive a refund of the price less shipping costs. I was pleased since technically they did not have to refund the purchase due to their policy. I would order from this website again in the future.

I found TuxedoAction while shopping online for my son's prom attire and was not disappointed! We ordered a few options to see which best matched with his date's dress, and the suit quality was great! Sizing and coloring were true. Shipping was fast and we were able to return the suits we didn't need with ease. Not to mention, the customer support was prompt, detailed, and very responsive. I highly recommend shopping with TuxedoAction!

Great service and Products. I love it.
