Paid for a jacket $180, didn't receive it in time. Tried to return it and couldn't! On the website you have to email someone and they never answer! The worst im out of $180 highly not recommended

Horrible quality suit that runs small. I explained that I was disabled and fell being placed on bed rest. I reached out to customer support and was told they would get back to me. Now I’m Being told I have to keep A $200 although I have stated my case. Beware of stores that only thing of dollars and not customers satisfaction. Buy your suits at Bloomingdale’s or Macys they will honor their customers needs. This store is the worst. Found a better suit that I got altered on Amazon for half the price and my baby boy got so many compliments. With Tuxedo Action I was told the blazer looked cheap. Shop where your money is respected

My son was invited to a high school prom. We couldn't find another tuxedo so he ordered one online. When he received it the jacket fit but the pants were so big the tailor said it would be cheaper to just buy another pair of pants. With that being said we went another direction. I missed the fine print saying it had to be returned within 10 days. So I was told we could exchange it for other merchandise...no problem I paid another $20 through paypal (so now $249.99 plus $20.00) They never returned any calls and I talked to several reps (Gloria and Seddy). Bottom line DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! IF YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT MENTIONS TUXEDO ACTION PLEASE TELL WARN THEM ABOUT THIS COMPANY. They operate this business like CROOKS!

Tuxedo Action are scammers as I order a blazer and had to return because it was too large even when I called and they said to order the large size because it is a slim cut. That was totally untrue and I had to pay for return shipping. They never refunded me for the blazer as they had promised and I had to file a claim on my credit card. They stop responding to my emails and phone calls and I trusted them in the beginning. STAY AWAY from them. I am in the process now of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Save your money. I ordered a 42R for a blazer, and I received a 38R. I couldn't wear it, and it was too late to order another one. I also ordered some pants, and they forgot to include them with the order. I highly doubt they're going to refund me or send me the right size of the blazer because these are shipped from China.

I ordered from this company and was very disappointed with the product quality, it was terrible. I returned the item immediately, but it has now been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received my refund. I've tried following up, but the issue remains unresolved,a very frustrating experience.

My son ordered a suit for prom in April 2025. We noticed no movement from customs, so we rushed to get a back up suit. Sent email to support, was sent a link back for the insurance that was taken out on the suit, only to find out that purchasing the insurance is a waste. They only offered $5 for a $160 suit. To make matters work, the suit is still sitting in customs today. This has got to be the biggest joke of a company. DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T SHOP WITH THEM.

I purchased 4 suites back in February. I purchased the warranty to ensure suites would arrive with no headache as they were for our wedding May 31st 2025 The suites arrived and the 3 we opened seemed to run tight. I emailed service and they said sorry it’s been past your 10 day warranty window. I understood. Well a couple months go by. I am streaming all the suites and open the 4th one who I purchased for the groomsmen. By my surprise this suite was green. Mind you all 4 suites placed were Royal Blue and 3 of the suites that we previously opened were Royal Blue. This was a huge mistake on Tuxedo Actions end. The DAY before our wedding which left no time to work with them but instead have to run to mens warehouse the night before our wedding and spend another few hundred dollars. If you choose to order from tuxedo Action make sure you check your order and size with in 10 days so You don’t end up like me.
