It has not been great. Not only poor but questionable. I bought a firearm from them several months ago. When I put several dummy cartridges in it and tried to run them through it failed. I took it back to the store. The gunsmith tried, and it failed. He said he couldn't fix it. We asked to exchange it. They informed us no refunds, no exchanges. They would have to send it to the factory, and it would take several weeks. It's going on several months. My son has inquired on the status, and they stonewall him. That's why I believe I may never see that gun again. It's the store in Tucson It was better when it was Second Amendment Sports. Three purchases. No problems. No stars.

Carol with the e-commerce department at Turner's Outdoorsman was very helpful. I had a great experience with an online purchase of a handgun I found at a very good price. The product was shipped to my preferred FFL at my request since they were not initially in Turner's system. Carol provided great communication throughout the process and I got my gun in a few days. I took it to the range yesterday and couldn't be more pleased.

I found Christian Castellanos especially helpful, and patient. Also David the manager in Torrance is good, too, as is Brian H, and Adam. The only problem I had was the wait, and the paperwork. The paperwork is due to Calif. laws, not Turners, however.
