Having reviewed the shipment history, we can see that DPD attempted to make contact regarding the delivery on multiple occasions (6th, 7th and 8th May). The consignment was subsequently marked as Return to Sender on 9th May. While investigating the matter, we also noticed that emails from your @talktalk.net address appear to be receiving an unusually high spam reputation score. We cannot say with certainty whether this affected all communications relating to this order, but it may help explain why our team did not initially receive your message and could potentially affect communications with other businesses as well.
