Not only was the quality of the putting…
Not only was the quality of the putting green great but Chandra and Ryan were excellent to deal with. We just had torential rains in Pennylvania yesterday and the turf didnt even pool up. Great product and company. I would highliy recomend!!

Very quick service. We ordered the samples or only $10 & got a good sized piece of 8 styles & the shipping was free!

I ordered samples on Friday and it's Monday and have not received any information regarding shipping. Even if it was automated communication that it was being processed, that would be nice. I mean, I've already gotten your automated communication regarding doing a review, I would think you should do the same regarding shipping status. Thanks

HI, thank you for feedback. We greatly appreciate your response. We apologize if the automatic confirmation did not come through via our online ordering system. We do have the order confirmation on our end. We are located in Georgia so we did not recieve the request until this morning since we were closed when it was received on Friday night and over the weeknd. The sample department is currently getting the label ready and you should recieve confirmation from USPS regarding the tracking number for the samples in just a moment. Again, we greatly appreciate your feedback and we will try to work on a solution for this in the future. We do ship those samples via priority mail and they should be recieved within a few days. Thank you again for your business and we hope you will consider us for your final order after reviewing the samples.
