went above and beyond in their customer service
We purchased turf for our backyard from turf factory direct. We had some issues with the shipping but Chandra went above and beyond to make things right and get everything straightened out. She was wonderful to work with and did an amazing job of getting the job done. We are so very happy with our turf and our 3 kids have loved having a grass area to run around and play in. It looks beautiful and we are extremely happy!!!

Quality turf at great prices!
My first contact was requesting a few turf samples to decide which one would work best, and they sent them right out to me. When I was ready to place an order, I placed the order with Ryan who was extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Turf Factory Direct. Thanks again!
