Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that the green plums (erik) did not arrive in the condition you expected. After reviewing your order, we found that it was shipped on June 2 and delivered on June 4, immediately following the Eid holiday period. Unfortunately, a small number of plum shipments sent during that timeframe experienced similar issues, as the fruit softened more quickly than anticipated while in transit.
