It was all good. I wish Erik was sealed better than putting all in a paper chocolate box. They turned yellow and soft. I like Erik and I can’t find here where I live —so I appreciated regardless but a little care on shipping packing would have made a ton of difference.
Response from TurcamartSep 15, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Yasemin! We’re glad you were able to get Erik (green plums) through us, especially since it’s hard to find locally. We’re sorry that the packaging caused them to turn yellow and soft during shipping. We’ll make sure to improve our packing methods for delicate items like Erik to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
