My order arrived in an unfortunate state but they swiftly reached out to rectify the situation. The customer service team is super kind, professional and meticulous, which with them being a small business is both understandable and super impressive. They hold themselves to high standards, which makes for a pleasant customer experience. I do plan on reordering from them in the future, and would recommend them.
