I had a great experience with TURBRO customer support. This is my second TURBRO mini split. My first unit was the **TURBRO 24,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split Inverter AC with Heat Pump**, and I recently purchased the **TURBRO Finnmark 14,000 BTU**. When the new unit arrived, I found that the control buttons on the indoor unit weren't working. I contacted TURBRO by email and included photos and videos showing the issue. Their support team responded promptly, confirmed the problem, and shipped a replacement within just a few days. While it's unfortunate that the original unit had an issue, what really impressed me was how quickly and professionally they handled it. They kept me informed throughout the process and resolved the problem without hassle. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and TURBRO definitely delivered. I purchased 2 Turbro RV inverter AC/Heatpumps. The installs of both were very straightforward and they work much better than the old units I replaced them with. I did have an issue where I broke one of the latches that holds the cover display on one of the units. I contacted support and within a few days I had the new parts. Very happy with the whole experience.

I made a simple mistake when I initially installed the unit. I reached out for support and received a response within seconds. The issue was resolved quickly, which was reassuring and gives me confidence that my purchase was a sound investment.

Needs a -5 review! Outside unit does not work. Multiple emails and calls for a full week during a heat wave, then told to contact the place of purchase. Extremely frustrating! Error codes started 15-20 minutes after install and turning the unit on. HVAC technician checked the unit and stated it was the compressor. Company does not stand behind their warranty or product. $2,000 down the drain.

My unit had a P3 error and Turbro sent a replacement right away. April from customer service was very helpful and professional.

This was my first purchase of a Turbro product (mini split unit). Everything arrived quickly and packaged well for the most part. Instructions were clear. That said, we had a small issue with the indoor unit of our system. I contacted customer support via email and truly wasn’t expecting much. They responded back to me overnight (assuming they’re based in Asia) and simply asked me to record a video of my setup to show the issue I was having. I recorded a 15-20 second video showing my exact issue and emailed it customer service. They responded the following night and asked for my shipping address and serial number of my current unit. They sent replacements the next day and arrived 2 days later. Products have faults in production. It’ll never be a perfect system. Customer service makes or break the company in many cases. So far, at least, Turbro has impressed me. ***Notice: I am in no way affiliated with the Turbro company in any way. I had no idea of its existence just a few weeks ago. I paid for my mini split unit and did not receive any special discount or whatever for writing this.
