So I'm marrying my best friend who is a Marine at the begining of next year. So I wanted to make sure that I had everything in advanced far enough that if there were any problems I could send it back and still have it on time. But I haven't had ONE problem with Tungsten! The ring was hear the same week that I ordered it and it's exactly what I wanted! Also at first I didn't know if I wanted it engraved so I didn't get that done but after I saw the ring I knew I wanted it engraved! And there was an engravment order paper shipped with the ring just in case so that was really helpful! And a couple times I had questions so I emailed Tungsten world and they replied to me quickly and personally and that was amazing! And again when I sent my ring in to have it engraved I got it back at the end of thatweek and it is BEAUTIFUL. I can't wait to for my fiance to see it! Its perfect and the service from Tungsten world was absoluabsolutely amazing! Thank you so much Tungsten world! I couldn't be happier!!

The quality of the rings are amazing. My fiancé was in the Marine Corp and wanted to get something special for his wedding band that incorporated the Corp. He did a lot of research and tried to find something he liked. It took him a month and a lot of different jewelry stores to find Tungsten World! We ordered a digital camouflage ring and requested to have it engraved. I messed up on the online order and as soon as I realized it I called them and they took care of it right then and there and shipped it that day. We received it two days later and were really shocked and surprised it arrived so quickly. I got to see it first and was so pleased with the total package. When I got to show it to my fiancé he was in aw. He didn't want to take it off and started sending pictures of it to everyone. I have a daughter from a previous marriage and my fiancé decided he wanted to give her a ring as well on our wedding day. We had been looking for one for her as well and as soon as we got my fiancé's ring we knew we wanted to order another one from Tungsten World. In my fiancé's package we received was a coupon. We used that to get my daughters ring and received that one in two days as well. Both rings are gorgeous and we plan to buy from Tungsten World again and again. Four years ago, I had purchased this ring for my husband as a Valentine's Day gift as his original band was so scratched up and warped from work and he had often commented how he wished he had a ring that would not scratch. I had it inscribed with our names, our anniversary date, and the title of "our" song. This year, while on vacation in Honduras, he lost the ring in the ocean. We spent a few hours searching with our kids and two other couples, but failed to find the ring, so on the way home I went on the website, looked up the original order, and duplicated it. He wouldn't even consider another ring - says this one is so comfortable and he loves the weight and color of it. It arrived in just a few days' time and he was over the moon. I originally purchased a similar ring from peoples jewellers, it was a promise ring from my girlfriend before she had left for Disney for a six month internship. It was promised to us the order would be in before she left. It never came in and I had waited weeks after she left and It still hadn't come in, I was fed up and asked for a refund, I started looking online and found the eclipse on tungsten world and loved it. And they offered personalized engraving, which was an very appealing to me. I ordered it and had it engraved for cheaper than what I was getting from peoples AND I had it within a week and a half of ordering. When I got it in the mail it was more than I had expected. I love this ring, it's heavy comfortable and just badass looking all around. Unfortunately she won't see it person until we see each other again, but I showed her pictures and she is extremely happy with the way it turned out as well. I'm waiting until I see her to have her put it on. They only thing I would have done differently in the first place is skip peoples all together and would have ordered straight from tungsten world.
