The product was what I expected. I would recommend this merchant to my friends.

My husband wears an 8.5 size ring. However, the website warned that you should order a half size smaller to have better fit. So I ordered a size 8. Turned out the half size was too small. I called to ask for exchange and had to pay an additional $45 for shipping and exchange. The ring was beautiful but we only saw it briefly so far as we had to return it. When I called to exchange, I was warned that the sizing rate is not accurate and that it is hard to be sure of the correct size. I recommend ordering the size you know fits.

They were more than helpful and knowledgeable when selecting my husband's ring. A bit disappointed that his ring is already scratched. We opted for the metal that is supposed to not easily scratch. He does work with his hands a lot, but already scratched within a week or his normal wear.

The tungsten camo ring was perfect! The engraving on the inside looks great. There is one blemish on the ring, but no one will ever notice it but me, so I'm not too picky about it. My only negative would be the sizing. We got the plastic sizer from tungsten world and sized my fiance's finger but the size ring the sizer said just barely fit his finger. If he gains any weight his ring won't fit any more. Overall, this company is fast, accurate, and delivered what we wanted.

I originally wrote a poor review, but was very pleased with the company's rapid and thorough response. I was not pleased with one of my items and very disappointed. While that remains true, the company offered to refund or replace the item. They also explained the process used to make the process which I did not realize previously. Overall, they were very nice (nicer than me for sure) and I would certainly be happy to do business with them again in the future!

The jewelry that I bought were very nice. The only thing was that I wanted the pieces engraved but for some reason they weren't. The order was shipped quick and I had no problems.

The Vulcan was the perfect ring for a solid year of wear: the diamond looked incredible, and there weren't any obvious flaws in manufacturing, until the ceramic cracked, broke, and lost the diamond. After getting a little bit of crap from the first customer service agent, we got in touch with one of the higher ups, who got everything straightened out. We warrantied it out and exchanged our broken Vulcan for a new, brushed, Radon. This one is even heavier than the first! Plus: there are no diamonds to get broken-hearted about losing!
