Very please with the craftsmanship of this band. Excellent service was provided as the size I ordered was too big, they covered return shipping and for a very small fee allowed an exchange even with an engraving. I purchased an engraved ring for my husband for Christmas and of course it was the wrong size( my fault) The people at Tungsten World made it very easy for me... they sent me a ring sizer, so at least I was able to have my husband use the ring sizer and get a new one with no problems.
