I bought 2 rings from them in March of 2018. They were great to deal with back then. They were apparently sold or taken over by new management and now they are terrible. They do not answer their phones, they don't respond to emails or their facebook page. Customer service is non-existent. I have a problem with my wedding ring and they will not return any messages. So many people on their facebook page are saying the same thing. STAY AWAY!!!

Don't do it. their phone numbers ans email do not work. you will not be able to reach anyone. you're out of luck. and rings ya ours is ruined ans again still can't reach anyone

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! Sent my husband's broken ring back to them on April 1, 2019 for a replacement under their Lifetime warranty contract. Today is June 26th and Im still sitting here with nothing! Im out a $189 ring and a $50 check to replace it. They are BARELY responding to Facebook messages, email, mail and their phone is disconnected. I received confirmation they received my broken ring and the $50 check I wrote for the replacement fee. When I do hear from them all they say is "next week" someone will contact me. That week comes and nothing. Ive already filed a complaint with the BBB. Next course of action...civil suit. As the amount of ticked off people is skyrocketing. Running out of patience.

I loved the ring and the shipping time, everything was perfect till 3 weeks after the wedding, 3 weeks after he started wearing the ring, there is a HUGE gash in it, he does NOT have a job with heavy equipment but he does lift weights. I was so pleased that you have a lifetime warranty and did not expect to use it this early but when I called to replace it I was told I have to Pay a $50 deductible for your defective product, at this rate (3 weeks in) I will pay many times over for this bad product. I would love some help with this. I am beyond frustrated with Tungsten World.

Honesty the products is good but the $25.00 engraving is a sham. Instead of being large initials like shown on the ad, I found the very very small engraving on the backside of the moneyclip instead of the front ?

I ordered my wedding ring and paid $30 for delivery using what I was told would be shipping that would be with me in 8-10 working days. 5 weeks later I am still waiting delivery. Tungsten world refuse to take any responsibility or offer a replacement or refund, instead insisting that the ring is with customs, though customs have no record of it whatsoever. Poor customer service, poor complaint resolution procedure. Do not order if you are an international customer.

My ring broke within one week. When I called to request a replacement or refund, I was informed that Tungsten is the strongest metal and it WILL break with even the simplest impact ... the company representative told me that they know the ring will break -- that's why they give you the lifetime option of requesting a replacement for only $50 each time. I am a very patient and understanding person -- I am not an unreasonable or always complaining person -- please trust me that you don't want to buy from here.
