I purchased a ring for my husband with custom engraving and within an hour I received an email with my shipping number! A few days later the link hadn't been updated so I got impatient and emailed Tungsten World. They were super quick to email me back and informed me that because of the California wildfires there was a delay in pickup from the shipping company. Whoops, I guess I should watch the news!
