Tungsten WorldReviews of tungstenworld.com

The staff is wonderful, eager to help by tracking down shipments and answering questions. The representative overjoyed to hear of our upcoming event and thanked us for involving their company. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rings when they arrived. Sure there are many companies out there offering tungsten rings for much cheaper but none of them come close to the quality that Tungsten world offers. Detailed products, excellent staff, and speedy shipping all made the process enjoyable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a superior product and 5 star customer service. Many thanks to you all!

I love yhe ring its beautiful.......

The ring is beautiful and very well made.

Tungsten World is fantastic. My fiancé and I looked in several stores and online options before choosing his ring. The quality is amazing, the price is fantastic and it’s the best looking ring we’ve found. Customer service was also top notch. We couldn’t be happier.

Second time ordering from timesheet Tungsten World. Great service and product. Online chat option was friendly and accurate. Highly recommended for product quality and customer service.

The ordering process was so easy! The ring is perfect and my fiance absolutely loves it! It has a hefty weight to it, just right for a man. The color, size and shape is better than anticipated. The shipping was faster than anything else we have ordered for the wedding, which was a HUGE relief! We've had so many problems with products coming from China that it has made wedding planning sooo stressful! I am thankful to have found such a nice, respectable, reasonably priced American company that provided us such great service and so amazingly fast! Thank you Tungsten World!

My experience with this company was excellent. I ordered online March 11, 2018 and needed to receive it by March 31, 2018. So worried about receiving it , I called and spoke with a Tungsten representative who then updated its status , she put a rush on the order. Then said they would send it regular priority mail with the USPS , but if it was to close to the date they would overnight it to me. (express mail USPS) It was shipped March 16, 2018 and received it March 19 , 2018 long before March 31, 2018. We love it and size was correct. Having had a very bad experience with another online jewelry company , I am so appreciative of the service I received. Thank You Tungsten!! Great Job!! And Great Customer Relations!! Nicki & Rick

Excellent customer service and I received my order very quickly.
