Tulle & ChantillyReviews of tulleandchantilly.com

Absolutely excellent service, the Tulle & Chantilly team kept in touch throughout the process of making the beautiful dress and made sure I received it well in advance of my best friend’s big day. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel more than ready to stand by my best friend’s side as she says “I do”

I ordered 3 bridesmaid skirts for my wedding. The skirts arrived on time and they looked perfect. Just like the photos on their website. I was really impressed with the quality. They were really well made with nice material on the outside and on the inside. Bridesmaids said skirts fit like a glove and they were really happy. Overall I am very happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend Tulle & Chantilly for any bride that wants quality skirts and does not want to pay premium prices.

I ordered 3 wine coloured dresses for my bridesmaids 45 days before my big day. They selected their style and fit as I didnt want it to be a one time occasion dress. Customer service was regular and constant. Delivery was on time and when the dresses arrived, all four of us were mindblown. A few specific alterations had to be made but nothing major. The colour was lovely and perfect. Wish I could add pictures.

very beautiful dress! love it! Thank you very much!

I ordered a rose gold sequin camisole and just got it in the mail today. It is PERFECT!!! It looks identical to the photos and very well made. This $38 top looks just as nice as the $85 one that I tried on at a local boutique. So it did take about 5-6 weeks to get my order but the customer service department answered my emails almost immediately. I would recommend Tulle and Chantilly to any bridal party! Thank you so much for this beautiful top, it really made my day!!

Fantastic Quality, Style and Beautiful Colour I was very anxious about placing this order for my Bridesmaids skirts but I shouldn’t have worried. They arrived yesterday perfectly packaged, correct sizing and the added bonus of beautiful Garment Bags sent along with the order as well. I looked online and read multiple reviews about Tulle and Chantilly before I ordered, which actually put me off ordering for at least 6 weeks but after searching I couldn’t find any skirts I liked as much as those on their site. I read their shipping and returns policy and it does clearly state you are unable to process returns on custom sizing gowns which I think is why there are so many unhappy reviews online. I ordered all standard size skirts and the sizing is spot on what was on the website. The skirts are PERFECT, I’ll be posting photos to T & C to use after my wedding in August as they provided the best customer service, answered all of my questions and the skirts really are both fantastic quality and exactly what was pictured! I always knew we’d need minor length alterations but other then that I am ONE HAPPY BRIDE TO BE!

I ordered three blue skirts for my bridesmaids. They were very responsive to my questions and emails and even included a very nice garment bag with each skirt. The size chart was very accurate, although I was initially skeptical. Thankfully, the size chart was spot on, and if anything the skirts ran a little small on the waist size in particular. Of course, the skirt will need to be hemmed because they are a little long, but I expected this. Make sure to order the color swatches before you pick your color and order something (it really helped me decide). Overall, I am very pleased with the company and would recommend them for the long tulle skirts.

Had a great experience! Customer service was awesome with my questions on sizing and i received my dress in awesome time! Also dress for perfectly!
