My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress a few weeks ago. The staff communicated very well to ensure all questions were answered. The dress delivered in less time than anticipated. It arrived with the size exactly right, beautiful color, and very stylish. Very happy! My daughter is so excited! Thank you Tulle & Chantilly!

The dress came 2 weeks faster than I anticipated, it fit me perfectly and the colour was just gorgeous! The quality is great, I am so happy with the dress. And the customer service was good (besides the time issues since we live in different time zones), they really try to fulfil all your wishes. 10/10 will be ordering again when I have another big event coming.

I needed to order dresses for both of my girls and unfortunately, neither fell into the ‘standard size’ category. While I had just accepted the fact that I would be paying additional money to have these items altered once received, I was very pleasantly surprised when I was contacted about the size choices I made and it was suggested that custom sizes were used instead. Both dresses came super quick and fit perfectly! You don’t find this kind of customer service much any more and I found the experience to be truly satisfying. I would highly recommend!

I would definitely order from this website again! Sophia helped me figure out the correct size to order and was very patient with me! (i was doing everything at work and could respond right away) The staff that I have dealt with has been wonderful. The dress came right on time like they said it would and fits almost to the T! (just have to get it hemmed and the chest taken in, i'm not gifted in either of those areas) Thank you for great service!

These dresses were perfect for my bridesmaids! I chose canyon rose for my November wedding and it was beautiful with our navy suits. The girls ordered their dresses a few months apart, but there were no differences in color. They were able to put in their measurements and did not have to alter! We were all so pleased with the speed of delivery, quality of dresses, and customer service. And you can't beat the price! I will 100% recommend Tulle & Chantilly for any formal gown!

The dress we ordered was great and custom fit and it was very good quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They respond very quickly and are efficient with communication. We did not expect it all to go so well and it's a worry ordering something like bridesmaid dresses online, but it was worth it and there was such a good choice of styles to choose from in the colour we wanted.
