I ordered 8 bridesmaides dresses for my girls. The dresses was beautiful! They got shipped to Norway, and there was no problem. Sophie from tulle and chantilly e maild me the tracking number, so I felt that the customer service was great!! Some of the dresses was a little bit big arround the chest area, but my awesome mother fixed it in a hearbeat! No problem! The dresses are beautiful made, and I would use them again! :) Thank you so much for amazing dresses!! :-)

Tulle and Chantilly made such an amazing dress! It is great quality and they asked for my exact measurements after I ordered my size 6! They wanted my dress to fit just right, because in China the dress sizes run way smaller than US dress sizes. I didn't know that until I looked more into the details of the sizes on the website. My dress fit perfectly!!! I got so many complements on how unique and beautiful this dress was!! I got frequent updates from Sophie on the progress as the dress was being made! It took a while for my dress arrive but they did expedite my order! Great customer service and great quality dress!! I will use them again!

Long Story Short!!! Had some issues with dress however Tulle and Chantilly made it right and refunded my money!! I'm a Happy Customer NOW!! 4 Stars for Honesty and Good Morals! Would've been 5 stars if Sophie would've handled business immediately, HOWEVER I'm VERY PLEASED NOW!!! Thanks Tulle and Chantilly for being upright and honest!! The world needs more of that!!
