Do NOT use this company!!! Don't be tempted by all the cute colors and dresses! It is not worth it! I wanted to use their skirts for my wedding, so I ordered one several months in advance to see if I liked it. It was cute and arrived within a few weeks, so I went ahead and ordered one skirt for each of my 9 bridesmaids. The website says 4-5 weeks. I ordered at the beginning of January, the wedding was in mid-March, so I thought there wouldn't be a problem. 6 weeks go by. Nothing. I finally email them and ask if they are almost ready. Turns out all their workers take a 3 week vacation for Chinese New Years. Um.. why did you not tell me this when I ordered??? I tried to get a solid delivery date from them for several weeks over email so I could plan. They kept brushing me off and telling me it would be ready "on time" without specifically answering any of my questions. Finally I set a hard deadline -- either have it to me 11 days before the wedding or give me a refund. The deadline came and - surprise, surprise - no skirts and not even an email about their status. So I email them and tell them to cancel the order. What do you know! Now that I am livid and want my money back, the skirts are magically ready, and would I please accept them? No. I can't wait for these to ship from the other side of the planet, distribute them to all my bridesmaids, and make needed alterations in 11 days!! So I turned them down. Now it's less than TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING and I have to completely redo my bridesmaid outfits. Such a nightmare. I am a full time college student and work 3 part time jobs and don't have time for this! I missed classes, work, and sleep to scramble and get a new outfit together for my girls. Bottom line: if you want to order a dress or skirt just for you and you don't have a timeline, sure. Go for it. But if you have any sort of timeline and/or are planning to order more than 1, FORGET IT! Please don't make the same mistake I did; a bride does not need this kind of stress right before her wedding!

Do not buy from here! I saw a few of the bad reviews and decided to anyways - big mistake. While the dresses turned out ok, and seemed to be of quality material, most of them did not fit. I ordered a maternity size dress for my sister, who will be 7 months along at my wedding, and they added NO extra material to it. They were also supposed to build in an extra inch around the waist that could be let out, but most of the dresses didn't have this. They are super inflexible about any issues I had, and was somehow supposed to let them know within 2 days of receiving the dresses if something didn't fit (even though I had bridesmaids who live 4 hours away from me).

Do not order from here. I had ordered from Tulle & Chantilly in early January of 2018. I never received my order (weeks later than they promised) and when I contacted them they kept telling me to talk to DHL their shipping service. I spent another few weeks on the phone with them only for them to refer me back to T&C for a refund. It took another 3 weeks to receive my refund. They operate in China (only email back at 6am) and their emails are short, vague, and unhelpful. Just last month their rating on this website was a 2.5, and suddenly it's flooded with positive reviews. All saying the same thing "I was so happy! My girls loved the dresses! SOPHIE (their "customer service rep" was SO HELPFUL" It's not that I doubt this company ships things out, but it feels to me like the poor quality Chinese dress manufacturers that are flooding the market now. They do not send the same quality dresses they advertise. Stay away.

Their customer service is terrible. -it took a month to receive the product -when I got the product, it was the wrong items -I've been emailing Sophie, their contact person, for the past 13 days with minimal response (I've emailed them 5 times over multiple days with only 2 responses) -Sophie's response to me getting the wrong product was that she would ask their QC department to look into it--I got no response for 7 days so had to follow up -Sophie finally responded to my follow up with the DHL tracking number to the package that had ALREADY been delivered to me, as if she couldn't be bothered to read our previous emails. If you can't tell, I'm severely disappointed with their customer service.

I have never reviewed a company online before, but I felt strongly enough about Tulle & Chantilly to do so. This is a SKETCHY company that is posing as an American company but they are located in China and have POOR customer service. The are unresponsive to emails and when they do respond it's in broken English and they use fake names (i.e. Sophie is not a real person and she is the one "messaging" you). We ordered bridesmaids skirts in January for an April 28th wedding and we have recently been told they will arrive April 15th. We are having to come up with backup bridesmaids options and this whole thing is a mess. Do not waste your time ordering from this site, do your research if a site seems too good to be true.

If zero stars could be given, I'd do that. My fiancée ordered outfits for her bridesmaids for our wedding from Tulle and Chantilly and the experience has been awful. The website advertised 4-5 weeks for delivery, and it has now been 8 weeks and we have nothing. My fiancée has emailed them many times, and Sophie the customer service rep is very wishy-washy about delivery, not ever giving us a set date for delivery, even hinting the clothes weren't even done (8 weeks after ordering......). Apparently from other reviews on this site, this is a consistent problem. They're not worth the time of day, let alone your business.

My bridesmaid contacted costumer service with her sizes saying that she wanted to order the size right above hers so that she knew it wouldn’t arrive too small and she was assured that the size would fit fine. When it came too small and the top was sewn incorrectly she contacted them hoping to replace the product with the larger size. They told her that it would be easier to take it and have it altered and they would cover the costs. After taking it in and having it altered for $80 they only offered her a $40 refund (and that was after their first refund offer at a lower number) they don’t care about rectifying issues with a costumers order and it’s really sad. They would rather spend weeks emailing back and forth with you than just giving a refund or letting you exchange a product.

ordered dresses. Didnt hear from them in a month. Dresses never came. Then they tell us they never recieved payment. Then they go on vacation for a month ( chinese) and wont make the dresses until they come back. DONT DO IT.. order from a reputable place!!!
