Tulle & ChantillyReviews of tulleandchantilly.com

Firstly I must say that when my mom did her measurements and sent them in, the dress arrived a perfect fit. However, I was a bit disappointed with the length of time it took to arrive. Nonetheless I would order from them again as the dress was exactly as it was in the picture.

Tulle and Chantilly is a company that has beautiful bridesmaids clothing. The fabric used is high quality as well. We have had a few problems with the fitting of the dress due to size issues between the company and American measurements of sizes. Be sure to have a professional seamstress take your measurements before you order, and, expect to have some alterations possibly needing to be done. This company gave us some options, but ultimately we needed to have a 2nd dress made. Alterations are still being done for the 2nd dress, but it will fit, finally. Thank you Tulle and Chantilly for trying to help us out.

First of all I have to mention the very nice, uncomplicated and fast way of communication. This was very helpful, especially when you are quite nervous as a bride! Also good were the plausibilty checks of the measurements. The fabric and colours were great, much better than expected. The only negative point was that not all dresses fit perfect, but it was easy to change... so not that big issue if you order in time. All in all, we can recommend the side.

We ordered four bridesmaid dresses from Tulle and Chantilly and, aside from a slight delay after ordering which did not affect the final delivery timing, we were delighted with the whole experience with Tulle and Chantilly. Sophie at Tulle and Chantilly was very careful about measurements, ensuring that we had all dresses in one order, and the results was that the dresses (considering the girls were not there to try them on for fittings) were very close to a perfect fit. The fabric, style and quality were as expected. We were very happy.

I was extremely nervous to be buying a dress online, seeing how I needed it fairly promptly. However the service I received, as well as the length of time it took my dress to arrive were very reasonable. Being 6'3, I had ordered a custom size dress. The measurements of the dress I ordered were exactly the same as the measurements of the dress I received. The dress is quite beautiful, with lovely fabric. I would say the dress is of great quality. The dress came extremely fast. I ordered it on March 3, and it had arrived at my home in Canada by March 26. My correspondence with "Sophie" was efficient and pleasant. The one star off in my review is for the fees I was surprised with when my dress arrived in Canada. I had to pay an extra $21, which T & C had not forewarned might happen. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Tulle & Chantilly. I would recommend it to anyone, and especially to plus-size or very tall women (as the custom dress route with Tulle & Chantilly is exceptional.)

Beautiful dresses. Only needed minor alterations. Had to remove cap sleeves because they weren't made long enough to sit nicely on shoulders. They still looked amazing! Thank you Sophie and team.

Very great customer service. Was very helpful in answering any questions, dresses looked exactly as shown on website , beautiful color ( Mint Blue). I would order from them again :-)

The customer service is great! I received quick responses through email and they also notified me on the day my dress was suppose to arrive! My dress fitted nicely and looked exactly how it did in the picture displayed!
