I can't believe I am reading negative reviews on here! I would buy from Tulle and Chantilly again in a heartbeat! I spent months searching for my perfect dress, and I found one on here which was *almost* perfect, I just didn't like the shape of the silhouette. I contacted them and Sophie replied, assuring me that they could turn it into the dress of my dreams... and that they did! I sent them my measurements, and they worked their magic, custom-making me a dress from scratch, emailing updates as they went. I felt that the communication was fantastic, and Sophie was extremely helpful. When it was finished, they sent me pictures, asking if I wanted any changes made, but it was spot-on. My dress arrived a few weeks ago, and I just can't stop looking at it. It is stunning. The quality is amazing. I believe that it is up there with the most expensive designer dresses, but for a fraction of the price. They even sent me extra lace, in case I decide to have a local dressmaker add some more on before the big day. The one small issue I did have is that my zip is a little bit long, so doesn't sit flat, but it is completely understandable that this can happen when a dressmaker is making a dress from scratch, only going by measurements received, and I wasn't able to try it on and have alterations made, as you would normally do in a dress shop. I have shown it to my local seamstress and she says it is an easy fix, and won't cost much at all, so I am still thrilled. I would absolutely recommend Tulle and Chantilly to anybody wanting a beautiful dress, for any occasion. I can't wait to wear mine!

I had Tulle & Chantilly help me custom design my wedding gown and had a perfect experience! Timely email exchange, helpful staff, and they knew just what I wanted! My gown arrived in plenty of time for my big day and I only ordered with a few months notice! The dress fit perfectly, was gorgeous, and extremely well made! -Shelly

This was my first experience shopping online. I have nothing but praise for the service and prompt email contact by Sophie. All my questions were answered. The dress arrived today exactly as was discussed. It fits like a glove and looks beautiful. I will now order 4 other dresses for the bridal party. Thank you so much.

My sister was recently married and I had the pleasure of being her maid of honor. It was difficult planning together because she lives in Hawaii and I live in Arizona. We figured it would be easiest to pick out dresses online because we couldn't go in to a shop together. We were a little nervous how it would work out but we were very happy with how the whole process went. My sister found dresses that she loved and thankfully they were actually really pretty:) Tulle & Chantilly had great communication which turned out to be really important. I had sent in my measurements but Sophie, the lady I corresponded with, told me there was something wrong with the sizes. She asked that a professional seamstress help get accurate measurements which I did. It turns out I was off so I provided Sophie with the correct sizes. I'm so glad they checked with me! When I received the dress it fit me perfectly and was absolutely beautiful. My sister was very happy too which is what really matters!

So I have been looking for a mother of the bride dress for some time now. I heard about Tulle and Chantilly I looked them up. After reviewing all the dresses they had I decided on. Gave them my measurements told them the color received it like 5 weeks later. It was beautiful and form fitting I should of given a little bigger measurements but it made me want to lose the couple inches that I needed to lose. But the dress looks great and makes me look slimmer than I am. Completely happy with my dress.. I can't wait to wear it to my daughters wedding in September..

I found Tulle and Chantilly via Google images, whilst searching for something unique. I am to be the maid of honor to my best friend and although we didn’t know what style we were after, we were pretty set on the color and loved the idea of mismatched bridesmaid dresses. After contacting Tulle and Chantilly we received lots of help and tips from Sophie, who was extremely helpful and patient after thousands of emails. Finally we got the perfect range of 4 bridesmaid dresses, which all worked fantastically together. A big thumbs up to the service and quality. :D

I could not recommend this company more! I found this website on Google, and fell in love with a dress for my bridesmaids. Not only were they patient enough with me to choose the colour, but they stayed in constant contact with me to ensure my happiness, and dealt with my dramas of having one bridesmaid not tell me she was pregnant! Tulle and Chantilly have gone out of their way to make sure I'm happy with their products, and they have really helped with my pregnant bridesmaid. I'm so impressed!

I originally ordered a dress that I saw on their website and then at the last minute I asked them to make some changes. They were willing to make the changes (completely different bodice) and I still got my dress in the original time frame that I was given! It turned out perfectly and fits perfectly. They were amazing to work with and left little to no stress on me.
