I order the stacked sequence dress for my prom. It fit perfectly I'm very pleased how it came out everyone complimented on the dress and asked where I brought it. I was very glad they custom sized it for me since my lower half completely larger then my top and long torso. I will definitely order another dress from them.They are much cheaper then malls prom stores charging girls 200-500 dollars on a dress for one night I only brought mine for $197 with free custom size and shipping.

The associate that I was in contact with was super friendly and open to discussing different options about the custom dresses that I wanted to order from them. The people from Tulle and Chantilly are skilled and talented in their work! Their design team took a look at the dress that I designed and told me that it was possible to make. They looked into every detail and discussed all possible options on how I wanted the dresses to look, what material could be used, the color options, etc. I was super satisfied with how FAST the dresses came in!! It took less then a week for the dresses to arrive from their factory to New York! Also, the actual quality of the dresses are perfect! They did a fantastic job with sewing in the seams and hiding all the raw ends! Everything looked nice, neat and professional. The bride and all four bridesmaids were ecstatic and beyond satisfied with the dresses! All the measurements were spot on and the dresses fit everyone perfectly! I have never ordered a hand made dress over the internet, especially from China, which made me a little insecure in the first place. But I fell in love with that one dress (the purple ombre one) and I couldn't let it go. I gave them my measures, which I took really carefully by myself. I read some bad reviews about bridesmaids whose dresses didn't fit, but as I thought, it wasn't the company's fault (so measure it carefully!). I am also pretty small chested so I was afraid of the dress falling down, but that's not the case. They did a really good job! Plus, the material is high quality. I must add how Sophie is really friendly and gives quick responses. Furthemore, they put a lower price on the package so I didn't have to pay taxes, and it arrived pretty quickly via DHL. All in all, a really satisfied customer!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and I was a bit apprehensive as I couldn't really tell how they were going to turn out. But I was amazed from start to finish! Ordering was simple and Sophie was always quick to respond to emails with any questions I had. The dresses are made to such high standards and for a good price. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from Tulle and Chantilly for my friend's wedding. I was really excited that you can pretty much design it the way you want and they custom make it for you. It seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! I was expecting it to take a really long time to finish and ship. I was so surprised when it came last week! It only took about a month to make and one week to ship. This company is very professional. My mom sews and she was surprised by how well this dress was made. Two things they tell you on the website and I also recommend: 1. If you have time, order the sample colour swatches because it is hard to tell exactly what the colours are like on the computer and 2. Measure very carefully. I have had a great experience on this website and will recommend it :).

I purchased a maid of honour dress for my sister's wedding. I'm used to buying clothing online so I figured it would be the same process. It was WAY better than I could have ever expected. From the beginning sending measurements to receiving my dress the experience was fantastic and the customer service was amazing! I can't recommend this company enough! I was a bit concerned about ordering address online at first. After all, every wedding I had been in the bridesmaids were required to go into a boutique and be measured. I was worried that the sizes might not fit and that the colors wouldn't be accurate. I decided to take a risk and order from Tulle & Chantilly anyways and the dresses came out PERFECT. I ordered color swatches first and then chose the dress I wanted. It turned out just the way I wanted it. My bridesmaids are amazed at how perfectly the dresses fit them. Also Tulle & Chantilly was so great to work with over email. They answered all my questions and kept me informed as to when my dresses were shipped. The best part was that it was so QUICK! The dresses were in within two weeks of me ordering them! I am so thankful! Save yourself the time, money and energy of searching for other dresses! Go ahead and order from Tulle & Chantilly! You won't regret it!

I searched for months and month for my wedding dress. I tried on over 40 dresses in search of "the one" and none of them were right. I liked the top of some, the bottom of others, but none had the whole package deal I was looking for. I started researching custom wedding dress companies, dreading the prices that would come with what I wanted to create. Then somehow I stumbled onto Tulle and Chantilly's website. I read blog after blog of all of the custom dresses they had made for brides and slowly warmed up to the idea of having someone I had never met create my dream wedding dress. I can't tell you how many hours I spent on their website (which had inctedibly reasonably priced gowns) before working up the courage to send them an email with my dress inquiry. The entire process was as smooth as it could have possibly been. They never took longer than 24 hours to respond to emails except for weekend and holiday instances. I finally found a picture of my dream dress on Pinterest and sent them all the photos I could of every angle of the dress. I described, in detail, the minor changes from the photos that I wanted to make and they drew up a computerized sketch of my dress to make sure they had my vision correct. I approved the sketch, paid for my dress (an unbelieveably low price compared to everything else I had tried on), and sent my measurements over. They even sent me pictures of at least 6 different patterns of lace to choose from so I could get the exact lace and look I wanted. Sophie explained that there were two other custom gowns being made before mine could be made, so it would take a few months unless I expidited it. I had a long time before my wedding day so that was not a problem for me. I did have a few problems taking my own measurements and went back and forth on a few of my sizes and numbers, so I would reccomend all brides going and getting sized by a professional if you are unsure how to size yourself. My dress came in about 2 weeks ago and it is absolutely BREATHTAKING. It's a little roomy (probably due to the fact that I don't know how to take my own measurements), so I am getting it taken in some on the sides by a local tailor, but the dress itself is beautiful. It is made from top quality fabric and materials, is fully lined, and has hand-sewn lace covering the top portion of the dress. The dress looks exactly like the sketch they sent me and I couldn't be happier! If you, or anyone you know is in search of the perfect dress and can't seem to find it - get it custom made by the ladies at Tulle and Chantilly! They will take any dream or picture of a dress and make it a reality for a steal of a price. Ordering my dress online and not trying it on until 4 months before my wedding was a risk, and I was anxious and nervous about it at times, but I don't regret it one bit. The ladies at Tulle and Chantilly were patient with me when I was having trouble deciding on measurements and fabric and did their best to reassure me.
