I have had amazing service from Tulle and Chantilly so far! I have had prompt email responses from Sophie, and she even caught that I had ordered 2 dresses by accident and offered me a refund. I hadn't even noticed as my credit card is prepaid. I have not received my dress yet, as I knew my body would change due to baby so they allowed me to get back to them at a later date and even made adjustments to my size for the coming months of belly growth. I decided that I would post a review now as some of these reviews were the exact opposite of my own experience. I have faith that I will receive my dress in time for my sister's wedding. The dress is perfect!

I purchased “v neck long chiffon bridesmaid dress” for my bridesmaids and every dress looks amazing. All my bridesmaids have tried and they fit perfectly (a little longer but easy to fix). I am so pleased with the quality of the dresses and the color was so beautiful. Sophie was very helpful and patient throughout the communication. She helped me to choose the right color and I decided on “dusty rose”. I was a little worried at first, but the color was more beautiful than expected. The only issue was the dresses took more time to arrive, but everything else was perfect!

The dresses are amazing! Great quality and beautiful color. We ordered the dresses in custom sizing, but the dresses arrived ahead of schedule and fit my girls perfectly like a glove. All my bridesmaids extremely happy with their dresses. Will difinitely use this site again!

I received the dress today & it’s beautiful & fits perfectly! Thank you Tulle & Chantilly!!! The dusty blue color is exactly what my sister (the bride) and I want. After place the order, they send me an email with details listed and Sophie suggested making custom size (no extra fee). I followed their measurement and give Sophie my sizes & then confirmed the order information. The order was placed on Jan. 4th and received today. Thank you!!!

I wanted to say thank you so much to everyone at Tulle & Chantilly for sending me the most beautiful bridesmaid's dress!! My sister in law loves the dress and the colour (it is for her wedding), and the dress fits absolutely perfectly. The dress is a little long, so I will need to have it shortened a bit. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and incredible shopping experience. If I ever need a bridesmaid's dress again I will definitely use one from you!! I would suggest girls to follow their measurements carefully since it's a little bit difference with other sizes. Then you'll get the perfect dresses.

I ordered three bridesmaid dresses from Tulle & Chantilly and they turned out beautiful! Sophie answered me all questions and helped me to choose right sizes! The dresses arrived within in one month and they fit perfectly. My bridesmaids love their dresses so much. Would recommend this company to my friends!

The employees knew I had a deadline and responded promptly to all of myself and my bridesmaids' questions and got the dresses rush shipped and they arrived in 7 days !! Very pleased and satisfied with this company and would 100% recommend to use them for bridesmaid dresses.
