Lets start with just very poor installation and, if I could give negative stars I would. Window trim cracked while cutting but installed anyway. Siding and corner trim keep sliding down. Wrong type screws used on the door with water based paint so rust keeps coming through. Roof...shingles run off about 2" to 3" from one end to the other and, on a 12' span it really looks like s#%t. Repair man has been out several times but, can't fix the roof, can't fix the trim and what has been fixed keeps popping up again. I could have gotten something like this for 1/4 of the price from a handyman in town!

paid for my shed over 3 weeks ago, after one week I was told I would get a phone call that afternoon, to set up delivery, no phone call. send emails, I think I have to go to Home Depot and get my money back.

we paid in full for 10x12 the contractors who put it together only put down 3 of the 4 anchors that hold it to the ground and then they never secured those anchors to the shed and now they refuse to complete the job....They got their money and have no problem screwing the very people who trusted them to do a job in full.....Never pay anyone in full until the job is completed. The contractor also had a bunch of nails sticking out that didn't get all the way into the wood hand he refuse to sink the nail properly...I had to finish their job because they wouldn;t

PURCHASED FROM A TUFF SHED DEALER in ABQ, NM. So many exposed nails on inside from a ‘missed the stud scenario’. There is one area where the screw attaching the outside vertical component of the shed to the floor of the shed was not screwed in completely, a 1/4” space existed between the side wall and the floor. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed. These are the company’s policies. EXCELLENCE POLICY: Taking all necessary steps to create the best products and supply the best services. INTEGRITY POLICY: Living up to our promises, commitments and responsibilities. Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!

Had a horrible experience with this company. They built a shed on my property, and I was not impressed. Instead of using a metal platform to place the shed on, they used old bricks. Making the look unprofessional. Please. before using this company please do your homework. Know what your signing because they want the payment up front. Meaning, if you’re not satisfied, they are already paid. Very unprofessional

The installation went well, BUT..a year later there was a leak and the floors I put in were ruined. Called and they sent out Dave. He said no caulking was EVER put around the window and vent. Diana from customer service said not their problem because I never painted the shed to help protect the caulking ,that was NEVER there. Tried to tell her they are two different things. A few months ago I had decided to get a Tuff Shed to place my business things in so that I would keep my garage clear. However, I was doing business at the Royal Oak location. That location ended up closing so I had to do business at the Livonia location. Everything started off great I even placed my deposit down to lease the shed. Within a week later I received a call from the sales representative stating that the manufacturer stated to him that they would not be able to deliver the shed because of the bushes and shrubberies in my back yard. I stated to him that was a lie and I had no bushes or shrubberies in my backyard. Then he came with. Then he stated that the finance company is worried about me defaulting on the lease and if I did how would they get the shed back. How can I default on a loan that I have not started paying on yet. Livonia has been known for being racist toward African Americans so I don't know why this company would be any different. Never again and I am so glad I did not do business with them at all. Horrible company.

they are a third-party person who don't care. unless they can make more money off customers. all of their items here PCB FL say NOT available YET they have one here they won't sell to me.
