TubeSiftReviews of tubesift.com

Tubesift has become my essential go-to tool for creating campaigns and running video ads in Google Ads. It saves me so much time and helps me find super relevant videos that I know my target audience is watching. Just a solid product for advertisers. Highly recommend.

Great software I wouldn't run YouTube ads without it. TubeSift saves us a massive amount of time and money launching YouTube campaigns. Thank you guys!

Good tool for using on You Tube, and your not left alone after you purchase. Justin and his team work with you and help you to become successful while using this too.

I strongly dislike the lack of customer loyalty. Two of our letters remained unanswered. And the fact that you can not manage the subscription in the office. We paid for a whole month of use only because we could not change the settings on our own. Is it fair?

Great program, highly recommended.

Always impressed

I would give this five starts but I’ve cancelled my monthly membership twice now and both times, my card has been charged the following month.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I will admit that the software mostly does what it says it will do. It's slow, but it works. That's not my issue with TubeSift. My issue is that they rebilled me without warning since I was on the annual plan. I was NOT sent an email reminder that I would be rebilled (and yes, I checked promotions, spam, primary, etc. I even asked support for the subject line and couldn't find any reminder emails). But guess what? All their promotional emails and everything else sure found its way into my inbox. They refused to refund me despite me making them aware of the issue the same day I was billed (I guess they need the money pretty badly). Then shortly after, customer service (in addition to being extremely slow) tried to cancel my access to TubeSift while still charging me for another year. The representatives refused to even try to work with me on this issue. Absolutely terrible experience with a terrible company that I'll make sure to never recommend or support again. I will reiterate, the tool itself works (mostly) for what it says it will. If they'd been more professional about it or at least pretended to care, I would have given them at least 3 stars since their tool works well enough. It's their HORRIBLE customer service that killed it for me. tl:dr The DMV has better customer support than TubeSift. Horrible user experience for a mediocre tool. AVOID.
