OK functionality, excessive pricing, bad account management interface
The service works well in terms of functionality; however, the pricing per month seems rather excessive when you are not using it constantly, and the process to pause the account and reactivate it is unnecessarily complicated.

Hello Ignacio, Thanks for your feedback. TubeSift is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform accessed through monthly or annual memberships. It is not a single use tool. Our support team is available 7 days per week to assist customers, including with cancelation. We are available via email ([email protected]) or our team can also be reached using the chat icon located on every page within the platform. We are always standing by to help our customers. While we don't have the option to "pause" a membership, we are able to transfer saved data from an inactive account to a newly formed active account. This is possible within 60 days, as all related data will be permanently deleted after that period of time. We hope to see you again in the future. Thanks for your business.
