TubeSiftReviews of tubesift.com

Very expensive for what is. This price is not justified by what is offered here. However, the biggest red flag is that you cannot cancel your subscription on their site. You can pause it, but that's just a pause and it will bill again. You need to contact support to really cancel. I have lots of subscriptions and this is the only site where they do not have that option. Major red flag. High price and dubious practices for cancellation.

Really poor customer service and I would never recommend. They have a 7 day free trial but it's not made clear that you have to contact them to cancel. Just pausing the subscription does nothing. They then proceed to charge you with the auto-renewal without notifying you totally ignoring the Merchant Enhanced Notifications they are legally bound by with VISA. I've never been notified prior to monthly charge when the 7 day trial was up. I'll be taking this up with VISA. Update: 5/01/2026. After agreeing to give me a refund on 14/11/2026, I still haven't received it. Even gave me a phoney "refund reference" which the bank don't recognise. They actually made up a reference number! Emails ignored. STAY WELL AWAY from these guys. Small time lying chancers with a useless product, who obviously need the money. Otherwise they wouldn't be treating customers this way.

Was part of tubesift for a couple months some years ago. After I left and unsubscribed from their emails I was still getting them. Even after getting in touch with their support team as to why I was still getting mails they apologized and said I was unsubscribed. Still getting mails to this day. Unprofessional way of conducting business and trying to «lure» old customers back in…

Purchased, and asked for a refund after a few days, they proposed a pause. I accepted the pause. When I asked for them to activate my account, I got charged immediately and apparently had no time remaining. Essentially, a pause means, you won't be able to use your account as you'll be locked out and once you activate the pause you'll be charged automatically. Having been a customer for some time, I feel extremely dissapointed in their lack of customer loyalty and find this practice quite deceptive and unreasonable.

I signed up for Trial of Tubesift and took advantage of the trial for Video Ad Vault too: Tubesift got my credentials immediately but after I entered my cc info for their Video Ad Vault software by Tubesift and 3 days later they still haven’t gotten me my logins and am getting nowhere with support. Support is non existent, they will reply once a day and just seems like a company that isn’t going anywhere. Likely going to cancel Tubesift too as it seems their support might be the same

I've saved so much time using TubeSift and Video Ad Vault, that I have time to write this review! 5 Stars!

I was having a hard time of understanding the course so I request cancel. Now, they took my money and kick me out of the program login.

I had a similar problem where I couldn't manage my subscription plus the software was terrible. Don't recommend.
