Hi there, It's not user friendly, It takes time understanding how it works. Please update the training videos, all the steps are different from training, it is a bunch of questions in my mind, which takes time to send answer from you.

This is good but needs a bit more than 300 videos for a keyword.

We have found that when you use one keyword and pull over 300 search results they get pretty irrelevant since it is so deep in the search so for the help of our customers we limit the searches to 300. I'd recommend using similar keywords and creating a placement list of only the most relevant results for the best results.

The service works well in terms of functionality; however, the pricing per month seems rather excessive when you are not using it constantly, and the process to pause the account and reactivate it is unnecessarily complicated.

Hello Ignacio, Thanks for your feedback. TubeSift is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform accessed through monthly or annual memberships. It is not a single use tool. Our support team is available 7 days per week to assist customers, including with cancelation. We are available via email ([email protected]) or our team can also be reached using the chat icon located on every page within the platform. We are always standing by to help our customers. While we don't have the option to "pause" a membership, we are able to transfer saved data from an inactive account to a newly formed active account.
