The Peak Performance Plan is a separate digital program that begins with a 14-day free trial. Customers receive information regarding the trial, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and a reminder email before any renewal charge is processed. While we understand that emails can occasionally be filtered into spam or junk folders by email providers, the inability to view an email does not change the terms of the trial or prevent the renewal from occurring if the subscription remains active beyond the trial period. We would also like to clarify that the supplement subscription and the Peak Performance Plan are separate services. Subscription options for supplements are selected during checkout, and the chosen purchase option, renewal schedule, and order details are reflected in the checkout process and confirmation emails. Regarding customer support, cancellation requests can be submitted via email at [email protected], and our support team reviews inquiries as quickly as possible. While we do not currently offer phone support, we are committed to assisting customers through our support channels.
